This is the flooring we use on rental turns and budget flips. Not the fanciest product, but it holds up, installs fast, and doesn't blow up your flooring budget.

 

5mm thick with a 20mil wear layer. Click-lock install — floats over most existing subfloors without glue or nails. Waterproof core.

 

Color: Shadow. Lighter grey color with some hints of warm tones. Good neutral choice for white or light grey walls. Wood grain look. Not too much texture.

→ Rule of thumb: Budget LVP = 6mm or less, 6-8mil wear layer. Mid-range = 6-8mm, 12mil wear layer. Premium = 10mm+, 20mil wear layer.
